Refund policy
Because custom products are made to order, we do not accept returns for a refund due to change of mind
Custom / made-to-order items
- After payment, we deliver the first design preview within 72 hours.
- You must confirm the preview or submit revision feedback within 48 hours of receiving it; otherwise, the design is considered approved.
- Because design work has costs, custom products are generally non-refundable. If you request a refund during the design stage, the maximum refund is 40% of the item price.
Cancellations
- Cancellation window: within 6 hours of placing the order before our designer and artist starts processing your order
- Custom products: refunds are generally not available. If you request a refund during the design stage, the maximum refund is 40% of the item price.
- Non-custom products: if you cancel before shipment, we refund 40% of the item price.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

- All products are handcrafted by designers based on actual orders.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be returned.

Issues on arrival
- If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Refunds (when applicable)
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval (your bank/payment provider may take additional time).
