We ship physical products to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we may require an additional shipping fee to re-ship.
  • If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because custom products are made to order, we do not accept returns for a refund due to change of mind

Custom / made-to-order items

  • After payment, we deliver the first design preview within 72 hours.
  • You must confirm the preview or submit revision feedback within 48 hours of receiving it; otherwise, the design is considered approved.
  • Because design work has costs, custom products are generally non-refundable. If you request a refund during the design stage, the maximum refund is 40% of the item price.

Non-custom products

  • All products are handcrafted by designers based on actual orders.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be returned.
  • If you cancel before shipment, we refund 40% of the item price.

Issues on arrival

  • If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Refunds (when applicable)

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval (your bank/payment provider may take additional time).

Cancellations

  • Cancellation window: within 6 hours of placing the order before our designer and artist starts processing your order
  • Custom products: refunds are generally not available. If you request a refund during the design stage, the maximum refund is 40% of the item price.
  • Non-custom products: if you cancel before shipment, we refund 40% of the item price.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
