Delivery Time & Carriers
  1. U.S.: 10–15 business days via USPS/FedEx.
  2. Europe: 10–15 business days via Royal Mail, EVRI, Poste Italiane, ES-CTT, PT-CTT, Colissimo, NL-DHL, DHL Paket (depending on destination).
  3. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
  4. Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Order Processing & Tracking

Packaging & Claims
  1. Fragile items are packed with double-wall cardboard, bubble wrap, and foam inserts.
  2. Customers must provide photo proof of any damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Policy

General Rule

All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Customized Items
  1. Customized items cannot be returned for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color).
  2. Only damaged or defective items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
  5. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the damage is verified.
